Device compatibility

iPhone XS and later (XS, XR, 11–16 series, SE 2nd gen+). Must be carrier-unlocked.
Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, Z Flip/Fold, OnePlus 12, Xiaomi 13 Pro+, Motorola Razr, Sony Xperia 1 IV+. Must be unlocked.
Yes — iPad Pro 3rd gen+, iPad Air 3rd gen+, iPad 7th gen+, some Surface and ThinkPad models with WWAN. Not smartwatches.
Contact your carrier to unlock first. Locked phones may block eSIM installation from other providers.

Billing & refunds

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay. 256-bit SSL + 3D Secure. Processed in EUR (SGD at checkout).
Unactivated eSIMs: full refund within 14 days (EU consumer law). Activated: no refund (digital content consumed). Defective products: replacement or refund regardless. Email [email protected] with order number.
Yes, auto-emailed after purchase. Corporate invoices with custom details: [email protected].
None. No activation fees, no overages, no auto-renewal (Unlimited has optional opt-in renewal). Checkout price = final price.

Technical

1) Enable Data Roaming. 2) Airplane Mode on/off. 3) Restart device. 4) Verify active data SIM. 5) Contact support — 2hr response.
QR codes are single-use. Email [email protected] for free replacement. Inherits remaining validity/data.
Full support: IPSec, WireGuard, OpenVPN, IKEv2. No VPN blocking or traffic inspection.
CBD: 500–2,000 Mbps (5G SA), <10ms latency. LTE fallback: 50–200 Mbps. See 5G Network page.
