Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms bind you ("Customer") and Sinda-SG, operated by Antonio Sambrotta, Via della Lucchina, 00135 Roma, Italy.

2. Nature of Service

Sinda-SG is an independent global reseller — not a telecom operator. We resell data access via licensed Singaporean carriers. Network performance is best-effort.

3. Eligibility

Must be 18+ with a lawful payment method and an eSIM-compatible device.

4. Purchase & Payment

Prices include VAT. EUR default; SGD at checkout. Processed by PCI-DSS-certified processor. eSIM delivered within 15 minutes (typically instant).

5. Activation & Validity

QR code is single-use, one device. Validity starts on first Singapore network connection. Plans expire by time or data exhaustion (whichever first). Unlimited: time only.

6. Fair Use

Personal/business mobile data only. No reselling, no automated consumption. Unlimited plan: fair use threshold at 100 GB / 30 days (possible temporary speed reduction during congestion).

7. Limitations

Data-only, Singapore-only. No voice, SMS, or Singapore phone number. No roaming outside Singapore. Speeds not guaranteed.

8. Refund Policy

Unactivated: Full refund within 14 days (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Italian Codice del Consumo D.Lgs. 206/2005). Email [email protected].

Activated: No refund — digital content consumed (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). By scanning QR, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal right.

Defective: Free replacement or full refund regardless of activation status.

Refunds processed in 5–10 business days to original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on sinda-sg.com is property of Sinda-SG / Antonio Sambrotta. No reproduction without written consent.

10. Liability

Total liability capped at amount paid for the specific eSIM. No liability for indirect damages. Statutory consumer rights under Italian/EU law are preserved.

11. Governing Law

Italian law. Courts of Rome. Consumer right to home jurisdiction preserved (Regulation EU 1215/2012). EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, carrier outages, cyberattacks, etc.).

13. Modifications

14 days email notice for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
